I’m Pushpa Bajaj
My journey is one of courage, resilience, and service. From surviving violence to founding Shubham Charitable Association, I chose not to give up but to give back. For over two decades, I have worked tirelessly to empower women in Northeast India with skills, livelihoods, and dignity. My story is all about how one person’s determination can transform pain into purpose and inspire hope for thousands.

My Moves to Sustain
Mission Zero Waste Period
Our flagship Zero Waste Period initiative aims to eliminate menstrual waste pollution, with a goal of reducing 500 crore units of menstrual waste in India every month by 2030.
Sanitary Napkin Making and Selling
The project promotes women’s health, hygiene, and economic empowerment, supported by Dr. Daljit Singh Sethi and Mrs. Payal Bajaj.
Employment Opportunities
This helps break the cycle of poverty and empowers women to lead dignified lives.
Education Support Initiatives
Scholarships provide essential school supplies, and facilitate after-school tutoring.
